Safety is not a rule, its a value.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the annual cropping program designed to achieve top yield results.Prioritise daily activities as directed by the Farm Operations Manager.Applying fertiliser, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides in accordance with product labels and permits.Setup, operate and maintain all machinery and equipment.Ensuring the Safety of yourself and your teammates including reporting incidents, hazards and proactively.Commitment to the Cotton Industrys Best Management Practices program.About YouHave the permanent right to work in Australia.Farm work experience commensurate with the role - experienced in spray rig operation.Chemcert accredited or alternatively hold an ACDC Chemical Applicators licenseExperience on John Deere and Househam self-propelled sprayersExperience with John Deere Operations CentreSound practical experience in general farm work, irrigation, tractors, harvesting equipment, spraying, pumps, machinery etc.A growth mindset, with a willingness to grow with our business.The ability to work in a highly productive, motivated team.The ability to communicate well with staff.Fluent in English.Have your own transport.Machinery plant & equipment tickets, HR truck license, also an advantage.A demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning is highly desirable.If you are a self-motivated individual with the right attitude, behaviours and ability to drive continuous improvements in the production system and support the Farm Operations Manager in achieving the teams objectives, please click on apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
