EPMO is responsible for building, developing and leading delivery activity across Steadfast to drive consistent project management practices, governance, and methodologies. This role is an integral part of our centre of excellence for project governance, oversight, and support, ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise projects. This includes facilitating collaboration, providing governance frameworks, managing documentation, and delivering impactful tools and reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions.ResponsibilitiesStandardise project management and implement project management best practices.Develop and implement governance frameworks.Streamline processes to make our program management and project management more efficient.Establish and maintain clear reporting structures, approval processes, and accountability.Maintain a centralized repository for project documents, ensuring accessibility and version control.Work with key stakeholders to educate teams on the value and services offered by the PMO.Skills and Knowledge10 years of experience in a PMO role within project operations or a complex multi-project environment.Qualifications in Project Management or a related discipline with relevant experience.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Proven track record of leading PMOs.
