Lead Account ManagerDepartment: SalesEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: SydneyReporting To: VP, Global SalesDescriptionThe Lead Account Manager is responsible for building and leading a strong Account Management Sales team, driving KPIs and embedding a best-in-class high performance culture. The successful role incumbent will report into the Global VP Sales, driving revenue growth and retention within the Australian territory.The Lead Account Manager will be based in our Sydney office and will initially focus on recruiting a strong Account Management team, as well as leading the existing team members. This position is a hands-on management role that requires strong influencing skills, critical thinking and a determined approach to achieving revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying opportunities to cross selling/up selling existing customers to continue market growthInstilling a culture of productivity and high performance by developing and motivating a team of Sales professionalsUtilising systems and tools to monitor KPIs, track pipeline funnel and provide reports to senior leadershipAttracting, onboarding and developing A+ sales talent and embedding a strong sales culture in our London Paddington officeDeploying department objectives that align with the global Sales organisation goals and overall business strategyMaintain a healthy sales funnel, engaging customers frequently to manage key relationships and reduce churn and improve retention to increase revenue growthReport on pipeline and quota attainment by rep on a weekly/monthly basis.Continuously looking for opportunities to improve Sales practices and processesEngage with key stakeholders in the business across product, sales, marketing, operations and support.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise3+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success exceeding revenue targets and building lasting customer relationshipsB2B legal software or SaaS specific sales management experience is preferredExperience in recruiting and building a high performing internal and external Sales teamDemonstrable experience in leading a fast paced, activity driven and target oriented Sales teamPractical experience in implementing KPIs to manage sales activity and performanceDemonstrated ability to implement and effectively manage teams pipeline and develop forecastsWorking knowledge and practical experience in the application of Sales methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRMProcess driven with the ability to utilise data to analyse trends, make decisions and improve practicesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changeBenefitsAt Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries!
