These flexible, permanent full-time roles offer the opportunity to lead the project and program delivery in a brand new Greenfields team, the Enterprise Program, Planning and Delivery Portfolio, ensuring robust and efficient delivery of key strategic and operational projects.About QLeaveQLeave is a statutory authority administering portable long service leave schemes for workers in the building and construction, contract cleaning, and community services industries. Our commitment to strong governance, accountability, and service excellence underpins everything we do.About The RoleAs Program Manager, you will oversee QLeave''s program of work to successfully deliver strategic and operational projects that support customer-centric, efficient, and effective service delivery that meets QLeave''s legislative requirements. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Program, Planning and Delivery.Your focus will include leading a program of work to successfully deliver projects and embed project and change management methodologies. Provide expert advice and contribute to building a Greenfields Enterprise Program, Planning and Delivery Portfolio through demonstrated best practice guidelines.Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead a program of work to successfully deliver projects and embed project and change management methodologies.Oversee the successful delivery of key strategic and operational projects.Provide expert advice and strategic input into the development of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with QLeave policies, strategies, and architecture.Undertake research and analysis to identify and advise on future business improvements, opportunities, priorities, and issues across operational areas.Ensure projects are managed following best practice guidelines and QLeave''s formal project management (PM) approach, methodologies, and Change Management playbook to enable the achievement of consistent and quality project outcomes.Ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle by developing and maintaining effective working relationships.Manage projects by overseeing and communicating the project-related trends and performance against project plans and budgets through effective monitoring and reporting.What We''re Looking ForQLeave appointments are based on selecting the eligible applicant best suited to the position. We will assess your application based on your experience, potential for development, and your personal qualities.For This Role, We Will Consider How Well YouDemonstrate high-level conceptualisation and design of projects, in consideration of the broader program.Optimise and identify efficiencies to deliver continuous improvement, while supporting successful strategic and operational outcomes.Demonstrate high-level program management skills and methodologies, with the ability to deliver concurrent project outcomes.Demonstrate high-level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written and oral communication skills for use in a dynamic project environment.Work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change.Understand appropriate project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, PRINCE2), and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools.Demonstrate your ability to mentor, lead, and develop a small to medium-sized team.Apply your analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrate experience in all phases of project management, including plans, resources, costs, timescales, deliverables, and auditability.Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external project stakeholders.There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however, qualifications and experience in project management will be highly regarded.Applications close Friday, 21 February 2025QLeave values diversity and is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
