Our small and nimble team thrive in delivering work that excites, inspires and demands attention.The roleWe are looking for a multi-talented marketing leader of tomorrow. Someone who is passionate about music and wider culture and understands how to leverage the immense power of cultural creators to connect with fans. The winning candidate will be a pivotal driver for delivering the agency''s work, be able to learn how to drive growth with our clients and be eager to deliver exceptional work for existing and new clients.They will support the agency to ensure two primary outcomes: 1) In partnership with the creative manager, drive revenue via agency and commercial partner channels and 2) Deliver mutually beneficial partnerships between our clients and artists, ensuring commercial projects are developed, managed & executed with unrivalled excellence.Ensuring seamless execution of brand client campaigns across experiential, digital, content and influencer marketing.Being the essential lynchpin between creative, suppliers, talent and clients to deliver projects with grace, authority and confidence.Develop presentations that can be taken to market and/or integrated into a wider brand discussion.Produce weekly market insight reports derived from competitor activity, leads, opportunities & creative examples.Effective & professional project management of given campaigns.Assist the ongoing development & management of strong relationships with artists & managers.Communicate marketing plans to the agency for use within client pitches & communication.Keep full account of relevant artist stats to be used in presentations & pitches.Generate ideas to improve existing programs by keeping abreast with virtual and live event trends and communicating updates to the wider team and clients.Map out and drive engagement with the project delivery team using internal and external resources.Ensure agency and commercial partner personnel have a consistent and deep, actionable awareness of UMA brand opportunities via BRING.About youA knowledge of how to execute industry-leading marketing initiatives in both the digital and real world is a must.
