Processing Sales is an integral part of our business in Oceania, working with customers to provide processing equipment and solutions to food and beverage manufacturers. This encompasses providing complete processing systems for various product categories, including dairy, cheese, ice cream, beverages, plant-based and prepared foods.As a Sales Manager for Processing, your focus will be on building strong customer relationships as an E2E System Solution provider, delivering on top and bottom-line processing growth, while delivering financial and commercial excellence.What you will doDrive revenue growth and profitability for the Processing Business by identifying sales opportunities and implementing commercial strategies. Continuously analyze sales performance and portfolio competitiveness taking proactive actions to maximise sales and optimise costs.Develop a deep understanding of customers'' business environments, investment plans, financial performance, and operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, mapping decision-makers and their strategic priorities.Proactively identify gaps in customer interactions and lead improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction. Ensure a seamless blend of physical and digital engagement for efficiency and impact.Utilize Tetra Paks Customer Segmentation model to align solutions with customer ambitions, ensuring a tailored and prioritized approach. Contribute to the development and execution of account plans that align with both customer goals and Tetra Paks strategic pillars.Nurture and manage processing equipment opportunities, mobilizing the right internal resources based on customer needs and opportunity maturity. Drive lead generation through customer discussions, marketing campaigns, and market expansion initiatives. Effectively capture customer requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to configure high-value solutions. Promote integrated system solutions, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Lead negotiations and contract discussions using a value-based selling approach.Adhere to Tetra Paks commercial practices, pricing guidelines, contract terms, and authorization matrix. Maintain proper and timely documentation of customer engagements.Foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and innovation across sales and technical teams.
