Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Cocos Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and passionate Guest Service Agent to join our exceptional front office team, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and care.Job DescriptionDelivering a 5-star experience every step of the way.As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the standard for excellence by providing warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless experience, proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed expectations.Your dedication to going above and beyond in anticipating guest needs will contribute to creating unforgettable experiences.
