Your new house is perfect for a family.Job DescriptionWhat does a Machinery Operator at Warakirri Cropping do?You will be operating farm machinery, including but not limited to, tasks associated with spraying, paddock preparation, planting, spreading, cartage and harvest. Depending on the experience you bring we will help you get there.At Warakirri Cropping you get to work with the newest equipment and innovative technology and using these, you will observe and monitor crop health and progress.Assisting with the testing and recording of grain quality as well as the safe storage and handling of grain during and post-harvest.The most important thing, if you want to learn something, just ask! Warakirri Cropping is all about helping our staff development and are always open to our staff learning new things.QualificationsDo you recognise yourself in the following statements?You are either a starter in the industry, potentially have done a couple of harvest/seeding seasons OR you bring a demonstrated track-record of employment in a dryland/broadacre cropping operation, including operating large-scale cropping plant and equipment.You have a strong focus on safety.You work best in a team environment and enjoy contributing to a successful farm team and kicking goals together.You have a current drivers license.You have a current chemical users certificate and/or truck license (HR or MC) or, you are open to obtaining one through us.Additional InformationWhat makes Warakirri unique?We offer a comfortable family home and attractive salary packages based on experience.A true safety focus across the entire company.
