Youll be responsible for optimising our global websites, overseeing all paid ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, managing product launches, EDMs, promotional activity, enhancing the user experience, and implementing digital strategies to maximise online sales. This role requires a data-driven mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.This role will be based in our South Melbourne Head Office.WHAT YOULL BE DOING:Accountable for the performance, improvement and optimisation of 4 Shopify regional websites (AU, USA, UK, EU) - ensuring each website is relevant and updated to the region.Execute and analyse e-commerce strategies to enhance key metrics conversion rates, average order value, abandoned carts, and customer retention.Oversee all paid and organic traffic strategies, including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns/Meta Ads. MUST have experience in paid ads.Oversee all CRM strategies: EDM strategy, SMS, and any other strategies to stay relevant to our customers and ensure we are expanding our customer database.Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our offshore developers to implement improvements.Optimise site navigation, UX, and functionality to create an intuitive and engaging shopping experience.Develop and implement on-site marketing strategies, including homepage updates, promotions, and personalised recommendations.Utilise data and analytics to track website performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and industry best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of online retail.Create and manage engaging, high-quality blog content that aligns with the brands voice, marketing goals and SEO objectives.Enhance and amplify our brand marketing efforts on the website through cohesive and impactful messaging.WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING:Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the FMCG/beauty/fashion industry with proven experience in sales growth.MUST have experience in Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and digital marketing integrations.Strong understanding of performance paid ads across Meta/Snapchat.Experience in UX/UI design principles and A/B testing for website optimisation.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on key performance metrics.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
