You will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks throughout the Clubhouse and outbuildings to ensure that equipment is maintained in good working order. You will need to be professionally presented, articulate yourself well, think outside the box, capable of problem solving, have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, great work ethic and above all a positive attitude at all times! You will be expected to manage others in the team on direction. You will have very high standards as your work will be on show, with most work being completed in a live environment.Responsibilities include:Working with the Co-ordinator for the procurement of materials and spare parts for scheduled works and ad hoc repairs for the team.Working with others in the team, and helping with your skill and technical knowledge.Undertake building maintenance tasks as necessary and in a timely manner.
