Console Operator and Roadhouse AttendantShell Tyagarah is owned and operated by North Coast Petroleum Transport, an Independent Petroleum company servicing Northern, Western NSW and Southern QLD.We are hiring for the roles of:Console Operator - Customer Service Attendant: This role ensures our customers are served in the most safe, efficient, and friendly manner possible.Roadhouse Attendant - Kitchen Cook: Responsible for preparing and cooking our vast food offer.The successful candidates will be energetic individuals who work with enthusiasm as part of the team, be reliable, and able to work across the Store Trading Hours, which will include weekends on a rotating basis at our Shell Tyagarah location.Our Customer Service Attendants are critical thinkers with an eye for detail when processing sales, merchandising, and restocking, while possessing sound computer, administrative, and communication skills, along with excellent presentation. The role will at times be physically demanding, involving the restocking of products and storage areas, meaning you must be able to lift up to 20kg. You will also be responsible for general site cleaning and thorough cleaning of the public amenities.Our Kitchen Cooks have a passion and enthusiasm for cooking and presenting our food-to-go range to a high level on a consistent basis to exceed our customers'' expectations. The role strives to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in our kitchen and food storage areas by following Food Safe Guidelines.
