NDIS Operations Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid)AusSudan Aid is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting communities through inclusive and high-quality services. We have recently become NDIS-registered and are seeking an experienced NDIS Operations Manager to oversee and lead our service delivery. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for a strategic and community-focused manager who can build strong stakeholder relationships, engage with the community, and ensure efficient and compliant operations.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery & Compliance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of NDIS services, ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations, quality standards, and best practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with NDIS participants, families, support workers, service providers, and community partners.Community Outreach: Lead engagement initiatives to increase awareness and accessibility of services within the community.Financial & Budget Management: Oversee program budgets, funding allocations, and financial reporting to ensure sustainable and effective service delivery.Team Leadership & Support: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high-quality service.Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, expand outreach, and support the organisations long-term NDIS goals.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and participant experience.Risk & Incident Management: Ensure the organisation meets its duty of care responsibilities by managing risks, handling incidents appropriately, and maintaining compliance with safeguarding policies.Regulatory Compliance & Auditing: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the NDIS Code of Conduct and ensure adherence to NDIS compliance, auditing processes, and quality assurance requirements to uphold service excellence and accountability.About You:Proven experience in NDIS operationsIn-depth knowledge of the NDIS Code of Conduct and a strong understanding of NDIS compliance, auditing processes, and quality assurance requirements.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.High-level decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Financial and budget management experience in a service-based setting.Experience in not-for-profit organisations and community engagement is highly regarded.Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-person responsibilities.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing our NDIS services while making a meaningful impact in the community.
