This role enhances business performance through providing support for budget development and forecasting, financial insights, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aiding in planning decisions.The Finance Business Partner helps to build the capability of managers to interpret financial information and to manage to the approved budget, helping identify budget variances and developing explanations and timely corrective actions in relation to them.
