Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate payment of salary and wages to employees.Operationally, you will deliver key outcomes, including processing pay runs in accordance with all applicable Enterprise Agreements and Awards, legislation and company policy. You will also reconcile accounts to meet auditing requirements and perform reporting and other general administrative duties relevant to the position.Job DetailsProcess Payroll and respond to any payroll related queries.Process workers compensation claims and handle related queries.Manage superannuation administration and enquiries including End of Month (EOM) reconciliation.Prepare accurate EOM information including manning, overtime and any other requested information.Manage the relationship with the superannuation providers and salary packaging providers and organise yearly information sessions.Manage system issues to ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately.Ensure an accurate and timely completion to Year End.Data entry and other administration duties.About youCan you demonstrate:Experience in a similar role; large payroll system involving interpreting Enterprise Agreements (EA) and Awards.Effective communication skills and a strong team-player.MS Office (advanced user).Experience using a payroll system to general ledger level.Experience in SAP (HR & Payroll) advantageous, but not essential.TAFE qualifications in bookkeeping or accountancy advantageous.Commitment to demonstrating our Values of Teamwork, Achieve, Care.Why Tomago AluminiumTomago Aluminium is a globally competitive manufacturer of primary aluminium products.
