Due to a pipeline of exciting upcoming projects, Rix Asset Maintenance are looking for ambitious and motivated Project Engineers to join our NSW Team.A background in slope stabilisation and/or road construction and civil works is an advantage.Reporting To The Project Manager Your Responsibilities Will Include:Project delivery according to budget, program and specific project objectivesClaims, variations in time and further contractual obligationsCommercial and contractual reportingEnsuring compliance of the works with technical specifications, applicable legislation, approvals and standardsConduct and administer overall job planning and programming including short range and intermediate programmes for approvalPrepare and revise contract requirements for OHS, QA, programming & Environmental requirementsEnsure all project Quality Assurance, OH&S and Environmental requirements are documented and implementedSkills And Experience:Project Engineer experience in ground engineering/civil projectsBSc in Civil EngineeringUnderstanding of RMS specificationUnderstanding of civil road worksCommercial and contractual acumenPrevious Australian experienceProven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholdersStrong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skillsHave practical, hands-on approachExceptional understanding of OHS legislation, principles, and practiceTo be eligible to apply for this position, you must have the right to work in Australia.
