The position is a key sales team member within our International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business unit.This role can be based in North Sydney or Camberwell.Reporting to the Head of Sales & Category, you are responsible for ownership of the customer business plan, trade spend and total negotiation plan with Coles. You will have a key responsibility in driving ROI accretive business plans that deliver wins for the shopper, KCA and Coles.These plans should be commercially viable, deliver against category growth drivers, grow KCA market share in the FMC categories and be within budgeted Gross Sales, Net Sales and Trade Spend targets. Where JBPs are off target for the customer and/or KCA, then the CBM should lead in identifying gap close opportunities as well as business building opportunities. The CBM should build long term strategic relationships with their customer counterpart that unlock superior fundamentals for KCA.This role also comes with the responsibility of leading and coaching a National Account Manager, who is accountable for building best in class execution plans, forecast management, forecast alignment with customers and supporting building best in class JBP''s.RequirementsDemonstrated key accounts sales experience working with grocery or supermarket accounts in the FMCG industryStrong knowledge of category management principles utilising a category led sales focusHighly developed budgeting, forecasting, influencing and presentation skillsUnderstanding of, and competence with tools such as: IRI Aztec, PromaxWhy Kimberly-Clark Australia?At Kimberly-Clark, were about delivering incredible results, making things happen, and working together.
