We are proud to have passionate and dedicated staff who recognise the unique strengths and qualities of every Pymble girl.The roleThe newly created role of Aquatics Sports Co-ordinator will operate under the guidance of the Head of Sport (7-12) and Head of Sport (K-6), in collaboration with the Head of Coaching and Performance. This role involves close collaboration with the Aquatics program coaches (including the Head Coach Swimming and Diving).The position is responsible for delivering a safe, professional, and efficiently managed Aquatic sports programs for Swimming, Diving and Water polo. The primary focus of this position will be the administration and co-ordination of our comprehensive swimming program.This is a permanent full-time position and will include occasional hours on weekends during the competition season.You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:A minimum of three years experience in sports co-ordination or sports administration managementExperience in aquatic sport programs desirableAbility to co-ordinate a diverse sports portfolioA passion and interest in Swimming, Diving or Water PoloKnowledge or the willingness to learn igsa and IPSHA sports frameworksIntermediate to advanced MS Suite, knowledge and experience working with ClipboardExceptional administration and organisation skillsStrong communication and relationship management skillsValid car driver''s license and bus license desirableCurrent First Aid and CPR Certification; ART/oxygen training desirable but not essentialCommitment to embracing the College''s values and ethosYour kind of workplacePymble people are at the heart of what the College offers its students.
