The company is focused on building for future growth and is committed to safety and exceptional service delivery to its blue-chip customers.We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team based at Eagle Farm on a full-time basis.About the position:Reporting to the Share Services and Credit Manager, the successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the business nationally, ensuring systems, procedures and policies are monitored and complied with at all times.Duties include, though not limited to:Respond to administrative enquiries from both suppliers and depots and identify/resolve any issues efficiently.Manage the Admin, GP and AP Inboxes, directing communications as required.Create monthly purchase orders, reconcile travel accounts, credit cards, fuel, fleet, and tolls accounts.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.Manage stationery, uniform, supplier and ad hoc purchase orders.Manage depot security access swipe cards for all Eagle Farm depot staff.Coordinate employee housing requirements as needed.Complete supplier credit applications and initiate account creation for final approval.Manage SPER and infringement notices, ensuring timely processing.Obtain quotes when required and create/confirm purchase orders for approval/receipting and processing.Open accounts for suppliers and customers, ensuring all information is accurate.Manage and process expense claims, company credit cards for approval.Maintain up-to-date supplier and customer master data in line with company policies and procedures.Conduct ad-hoc debtor and creditor reconciliations as required.Assist and support the BSC staff with other duties as required.The ideal candidate will have the below skills, and attributes:Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A flexible and adaptable approach to work.A professional, courteous and tactful demeanour.Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Word, and other relevant applications.A working knowledge and/or experience using Great Plains would be highly regarded, but not essential.Ability to use initiative and be highly motivated.Strong organisational and time-management skills.The ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated ability in working with a team to achieve company goals.Benefits of Working at Boom Logistics:Upskilling, training, and development opportunities available.Salary sacrificing and purchasable leave available.Join a team focused on safety, inclusion and development.If you are highly motivated to play a key role in a dynamic operational environment and meet the above criteria, please apply now.At Boom Logistics we recognise the importance of and embrace diversity in the workplace and work locations.Boom Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages female applicants and applicants of Indigenous, Torres Strait Islander and/or ethnically diverse backgrounds to apply.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have reconciliations experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have experience in administration?Do you have previous invoicing experience?What''s your expected annual base salary?How many years'' experience do you have as an administration officer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
