With a reputation for innovation and excellence, we deliver market-leading solutions for our clients combining strong technical capabilities and robust systems with highly trained and experienced local personnel to achieve exceptional outcomes.Position DescriptionSync Lift Engineering are expanding, and we are growing our team in Gladstone.We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage and grow our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top industry professionals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for trade and blue-collar positions.Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.Lead current onboarding specialists and administration function in conjunction with site project needs and requirements.Manage and grow the talent pipeline and monitor, and optimise labour resources to keep projects on track and delivered on time.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer management.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.Collaborate with the HR and Operations team to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding policies, procedures, and documentation.About youMinimum of 5 years of experience in blue/white-collar recruitment.Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of blue-collar recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment techniques.Strong understanding of trade and technical roles, their specific skill sets, and relevant industry certifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage a high volume of recruitment activities with competing deadlines.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF and Teams.
