If you''re ready to contribute to client success, embrace growth, and be part of a culture that recognises and values your talents, we would love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Team Administrator in the Business Advisory team in our Geelong office, you will be responsible for providing Directors, teams, clients, and stakeholders with full administrative and operational support.The role will assist the team/s to work effectively and efficiently, to deliver exceptional client service and meet team and business goals.This role will provide high level administrative support to a dedicated Business Advisory team within the firm with support from a virtual assistant. The role is also responsible for supporting general administrative needs across the firm.As the Team Administrator withing Business Advisory, you will be responsible for:Coordinating and setting up annual processes including client engagement letters, client files and document management system reviews.Working with the team, Directors and Finance to complete monthly client billing including preparing, reviewing, adjusting, and sending client bills.Drafting and reviewing client communications.Managing ATO mail and lodgements.Ensuring Trust Minutes are ready for the team to commence tax planning.Preparing correspondence including client packages, reports, proposals, tenders and other documentation on behalf of the directors and team.Calendar support including booking meeting rooms, catering, preparing meeting materials and communicating with clients where required.Managing the coordination and administration of meetings including preparation of agendas, greeting clients.Our ideal team member will have:Demonstrated experience in an Accounting Practice supporting the Business Advisory Team administration and operations.Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles within a professional/corporate environment.Experience supporting a multiple disciplinary team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.If this sounds like you, and youre keen to join a team where you are valued and your career is a priority, reach out for more information (Position Description) or apply now.What we offerAt Moore Australia (VIC), we prioritise your success and wellbeing, offering a range of benefits designed to enhance both your professional and personal life.
