This is a permanent full-time ongoing position on a 2:1 roster.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarry out all aspects of a Cost Controller role for the projects commercial team.Ensure all costs and commitments are in accordance with the established Cost Categories.Monitor and report the physical progress (work performed) consistent with the cost coding system and in collaboration with the Scheduler/Superintendents.Identify potential slippages in the program and provide support for the development of recovery schedules and EOT claims.Liaise with senior management as required to assist the project team in ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.Establish and maintain the Asset register and monitor asset movement.Track and analyse weekly/monthly Cost Vs Budgets/Forecast and actual data with deviation analysis on the project gross margin.Direct and assist in the preparation of all progress and variation claims.ABOUT YOUProven experience of at least 3 years as a Cost Controller working on projects in the mining industry.A relevant Degree (or educational studies) in Finance or related field.Experience using SAP software is advantageous.Detail-oriented ensuring accuracy, tact, and integrity due to the frequency of internal and external contacts and the high degree of exposure to confidential data.Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.A good team spirit with strong interpersonal and communication skills.WHAT WE OFFERContinuous Training and Career Development Engage in hands-on training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs that empower your professional growth.Competitive salary with site uplift Enjoy a fantastic compensation package that recognizes your hard work, plus site uplifts (where applicable) that make your commitment worthwhile.Tailored Employee Benefits Scheme Take advantage of a range of benefits designed to support you and your family.Vibrant Team Culture Join a supportive team where ideas flow freely and collaboration is key.If you possess the above experience, dont hesitate to APPLY today.
