As a key player in our dedicated team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the beautiful North Sydney area.The roleThis role provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic planner who is keen to gain valuable experience in development contributions and planning agreements.You will be part of the Strategic Planning team which guides jobs and housing growth via planning instruments, place-based planning studies, heritage management and other planning policy. The team also provides placemaking and design guidance on built form and open space projects to create safe, vibrant and welcoming places.You will be responsible for undertaking research, preparing advice, monitoring growth, developing and administering development contributions policies and negotiating planning agreements.
