Services span firefighting, rescue and emergency response. The Fire Capability Manager will provide leadership to ensure successful deployment of personnel, equipment, planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure Defence capability. We are seeking a Fire Capability Manager that can bring a diverse background to a high performing contract.Experience in emergency management in a dynamic, high-risk operating environment (highly desirable)Graduate or Post Graduate qualification in Business ManagementBackground in complex service delivery across a geographically dispersed and/or multi-agency operation with a large workforceAble to work autonomously and manage competing priorities based on riskExcellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated experience with leading people programs including recruitment, training and leadership development, workforce planning, mentoring and change management.
