The Employment Pathways team tailor innovative and creative supports to assist people with a disability to develop their capacity, build their skills, and work towards their employment-related goals.Upon joining the supportive Employment Pathways team, your role would be to provide customised employment assistance to participants. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:Driving a comprehensive discovery processProviding mentoring supports within open employment workplaces (both individually and in small groups)Coordinating job skills development and assessmentsManaging and supervising employment preparation tasksOverseeing job searching and job creationFacilitating post-placement supports once a job has been securedCompleting a range of administrative tasks such as file noting, assessments, and reportingAbout YouOur ideal employee is an effective communicator who is committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities within the community.
