We are looking to welcome an Assistant Director to join our leadership team at OAC Williamtown who is passionate about mentoring and guiding the team. This role takes responsibility for supporting the Campus Director to deliver quality service and education to our children, team members, and families. The Assistant Director will assist with leading the team in day-to-day operations ensuring that Campus Quality Framework and WH&S requirements are met. You will spend time on the floor supporting the team, with dedicated time off the floor to support the Campus Director 1-2 days a week.
