We produce multiple brands including Regent, Snowy River and NewGen caravans.The Delivery Co-Ordinator is responsible for all customer deliveries in the dealership, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role involves coordinating all aspects required for delivery to occur once the caravan has been sold from the sales team. This role also includes customer relations for show deals and managing customer specifications while keeping the customer informed of the delivery process.Key responsibilities include:Be the point of contact for all customer enquiries regarding deliveryFinalise and co-ordinate required paperwork for customers who have purchased at a showContact customers regularly to inform them on the progress of their orderPerform customer handovers in a timely manner in line with company processesInput and complete all orders within the dealer portalQualifications & Experience:Min 2-year work experience in Caravan or Recreational Vehicles Industry preferredDrivers licence and experience in towing caravans (towing preferred)Computer skills with good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and ExcelDoes this sound like you?
