We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to be engaged as part of the North Epic Billing and SIMBA Integration Project.We operate more than 60 laboratories and around 200 collection centres across NSW and conduct over 60 million tests per annum. Our network of pathologists are supported by scientists, technicians and support staff who quickly and accurately assess samples so clinical teams can make the best possible treatment decisions for patients. The Project Manager will develop and maintain project schedules, work closely with the Statewide Revenue Manager, as well as the Associate Director Revenue and Process Improvement, ensuring the benefits of the program are realised by the business.Interested in joining Australias largest public pathology service? Apply now by addressing the following questions:Relevant qualifications and/or solid understanding of project management and/or pathology processes and workflows including sound practical knowledge of clinical and/or scientific laboratory operations.Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex system integration projects, ideally within the healthcare or pathology sector, including defining scope, developing schedules, managing stakeholders, and delivering on time and within budget.Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, IT teams, operational staff, and executive leadership. Strong skills in facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.Experience managing projects in healthcare or a related field, with an understanding of healthcare billing systems, revenue processes, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks associated with large-scale integration projects. Familiarity with governance frameworks and reporting requirements in a healthcare setting.Established analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
