As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, youll partner with managers to attract skilled professionals who meet both technical and cultural requirements. You will be focused on building and managing a pipeline of talent, aligning future workforce needs with the organisations growth. This role is essential to ensuring the success of our business in a competitive and fast-moving industry.Key Responsibilities:Delivery of end to end recruitment solutions across a range of job families (engineering, site based roles, senior leadership and more).Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for both immediate and future talent needs.Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Manage relationships across our corporate office and site based locations (frequent site visits required).Proactively engage high-potential candidates and maintain talent pools for niche and specialised roles.Enhance Origins employer branding to attract top industry talent.Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership teams on recruitment strategies.Communicate regularly on recruitment progress, pipeline development, and key hiring metrics.Collaborate with HR on internal mobility and career development initiatives.About you:You will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally gained within a fast-paced recruitment agency and/or an inhouse recruitment role.
