Sales Support AdministratorUp to 31k per annum plus bonusMonday Friday / General Office HoursDeesideOur client based in Deeside is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will support the Sales Managers in the management and development of sales for a designated portfolio of customer accounts. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will primarily focus on the UK market.Performance ObjectivesDrawing up and maintaining a project management schedule for each customer product.Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide regular updates and highlight potential issues.Raise relevant internal documentation, ensuring their timely completion and sign-off.Co-ordinate and manage the artwork process, communicating with the customer, their agents, artwork houses, and other parties to meet all the requirements for the completion of artwork.Manage the launch process and own the critical paths, working with stakeholders to ensure they stay on track.Maintain the customer price files.Person SpecificationA good understanding of customer and internal business processes.Numerate and able to understand product costings.Working knowledge of the manufacturing process.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.Able to lead projects ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full.Able to persuade and influence individuals inside and outside the organisation.A confident decision maker, who is also cognisant of the boundaries of their decision-making authority.Shows initiative when dealing with issues.Able to quickly identify the root-cause of problems.Able to identify options for solving problems, quickly and confidently advocating the optimal route forward.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules and procedures.Project management skills.Ability to prioritise a wide-ranging and rapidly changing workload.Commercial experience within FMCG or related industries.BenefitsBonus at 10% based on company performance.Employer pension contribution of 5% increasing to 9% with service.23 days holiday plus statutory increasing to 25 days.Life insurance x 1 base pay to start increasing to x 3 with service.Hybrid working - 3 days a week working in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction period.To apply please call gap personnel Flint branch on 01352 762213 alternatively, send your CV to rebecca.brown@gap-personnel.com.gap personnel group is committed to the selection, recruitment, and development of the best people, basing judgments solely on suitability for the job.
