Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced individual to join the team at Midland Brick as an Accounts Administration Officer Full Time, working 38 hours week. This position is a key member of the finance team, responsible for the effective processing and reconciliation of all Midland Brick payments. You will also play a crucial role in assisting the accounting teams with various administration tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.Your role will include:Accurately process and manage incoming paymentsMaintain precise records of accounts receivable transactionsReconcile credit card statements and support accountantsCommunicate effectively with internal teamsSupport with Month end ClosureSkills and Experience:A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as an Accounts Administration Officer or similar;Proficient MS Office skills with Intermediate Excel skills;Fast and accurate data entryExcellent written and verbal skills;Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines;Be customer focused, results orientated, have a passion for excellence and a can-do attitude; andDemonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships within a team environment.About the CompanyBGC (Australia) and its vertically integrated group of companies build homes and manufacture most of the materials that go into them making BGC Western Australias largest home building group.
