And at the end of the day, were all focused on delivering what we say we will do make our customers jobs easy.About the roleReporting to the Specialist Manager, the Assistant Specialist Manager supports the Distribution Centre team by delivering tailored solutions for specialist products. This role ensures customer expectations are met through expert equipment knowledge and collaboration with other Specialist Managers and teams.Ensuring effective front desk operations and administration requirements are met to QOM standardsLiaise with Transport to ensure delivery and pickup of equipment to the customer on timeLiaise with the Workshop to ensure equipment maintenance and RFH is completed and available as needed for our customersSupport other specialist areas within the state in the utilisation of hire equipment by transferring equipment between locations as required.Maintain asset security at all times.Follow the directions and complete all tasks as requested by Kennards Branch and Area Management.Supervise, delegate and assign daily duties to team members and ensure all tasks are completed to Kennards Hire StandardsAbout youYou are an aspiring leader looking to grow your career in people and operational management.
