They provide an advisory service to all customers in relation to the practices and procedures specific to each jurisdiction and in some areas provide direct support services to the Judiciary.The positions undertake a range of case management, information management and customer service tasks within a registry setting for civil and criminal jurisdictions and can also provide in court support to the judiciary.
