This includes the independent audit and review of maintenance conduct, integrity and sufficiency of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE); recommendations and implementation of continuous improvements; review and recommendations for resolution of maintenance related Requests for Problem Resolution (RPR); Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFI). The role will routinely sample elements of the mission and support systems supporting service delivery to ensure Business quality and service delivery meet Client requirements.
