At every stage of a projects timeline, we work with our clients to provide town planning and building services.Our ESD (Environmentally Sustainable Development) department is now hiring a Senior ESD Consultant / Green Star Consultant. The ESD department is working on various engaging projects including Green Star projects, delivering consultancy advice and reports for town planning and building services. We are experiencing rapid growth in our services, driven by the implementation of sustainable measures, targeting Net-Zero, to deliver sustainable outcomes for future buildings.The RoleLeading and assessing Green Star projects & certification.Reviewing Green Star assessments and liaising with Certified Assessors to finalize certification.Producing a range of residential and commercial reports upon request, including but not limited to Sustainable Design Assessments, Waste Management Plans, and Section J Assessments in accordance with council, surveyors, and client requirements.Maintaining effective communication between The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), Council, management, and clients alike.QualificationsDegree in Engineering in a built-environment-related discipline, Building services design, Urban planning, Sustainability, or Environmental science.Minimum 2 years experience in leading and delivering Green Star projects end to end.Flexible salary depending on skill set and relevant experience.Supportive and cooperative team.Exciting career progression and mentoring program.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?What''s your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
