Reporting to the global client operations team, this role will require you to manage new and growing sites, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delivery. If youre passionate about large-scale project management and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management - Electronic Security - Integrated Systems:Develop a governance framework to oversee scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risks.Manage subcontractor relationships and implement risk mitigation strategies.Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across all phases.Maintain detailed program project documentation, processes, and forms.Scaling for Success:Participate in annual planning meetings to forecast physical security system expansions for 2436 months.Tracking and Reporting:Use project trackers to monitor milestones and program project health.Create standardized reports for daily, weekly, and monthly updates, presenting key insights and program status.Develop and maintain project-specific tracking tools for effective oversight.Site Planning and Risk Assessments:Identify potential site or infrastructure challenges and propose optimization solutions.Conduct site risk assessments to minimize risks and streamline development.Electronic Security Engineering:Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to develop AutoCAD security designs.Tailor designs for site-specific requirements while adhering to Purchaser standards.Create a standardized playbook for the installation of physical security equipment.What Youll BringBachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, preferably in security or infrastructure projects.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple projects.Experience in PMBOK, Prince 2 would be highly desirable, but system electronic security integration experience is essential.Experience with AutoCAD design or similar software (preferred).A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?Enjoy a supportive and collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.
