Student Life is responsible for providing services that deliver an excellent student experience. Student Life delivers efficient and responsive student services that contribute to the overall student experience. Student Life is responsible for consistent enquiry management and non-academic support and advice throughout the student lifecycle in relation to wellbeing, accommodation, grievances and complaints and specialised international student services. The Student Life unit includes International Student Support, Student Wellbeing and Access, Student Affairs and Accommodation Services.Under the direction of the Senior Wellbeing Project Officer and Wellbeing Project Officer, the Wellbeing Project Support Officer will provide administrative and operational support for the delivery of new and existing Student Mental Health & Wellbeing initiatives, activities and events in line with the Student Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy.To be successful you will need:Experience in the delivery of mental health and wellbeing related programs and events.Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with students in the delivery activities and events.Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills including the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of stakeholders such as students, staff and external service providers.Demonstrated ability to undertake multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Demonstrated experience in the use of a range of PC based hardware and software applications, including competency across the full Microsoft office suite of programs and social media platforms.This position requires a valid Working with Children Check.If you have the talent, we''ll give you the opportunity.
