Were committed to supporting local Indigenous Communities, creating employment pathways, and promoting economic development.The RoleIndigenous Managed Services are seeking an ambitious Indigenous-identified person who is committed to creating indigenous employment pathways by assisting to build our business and creating meaningful and long-term relationships with our clients, employees, and community. We are open to this role being Full Time or Part Time. The role will be based in our West Perth Office.Duties Include but are not limited to:Maintaining strong relationships with current clients and internal stakeholders and develop new relationships.Support the discovery, implementation, and growth of new business opportunities.Develop a deep understanding of IMS businesses and our customers businesses and market strategies.Represent IMS at Client Meetings, Indigenous and Recruitment Forums, and Jobs Expos.Represent IMS with respect and integrity in client interactions.Mentoring of IMS Indigenous Employees by providing cultural support.Assisting the HR Manager and Directors with business development and company growth.Assist with Tenders.General Administration Duties.About youIdentify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.Experience building and fostering strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisational structure.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Current driver''s license and reliable vehicle.Please note: This is an Indigenous-identified position.
