We are seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Analyst who loves utilising their proven industry experience in forecasting and optimising inventory. You will be joining an exceptional team, have an eagerness to learn, be a critical thinker and natural problem-solver, and be an effective team player with a can-do attitude.Key responsibilities in the position will include:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the demand & inventory planning processContribute to the development and improvement of analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reportingNew SKU setup, stock reconciliation, receipt, analysis, and management of slow-moving stockAssist with replenishment of inventory to existing marketplace channels (i.e., Amazon)Warehousing & Logistics Coordinate inbound receipts with 3PL warehouseAssist in supply of documentation to freight forwardersMonitor shipment of ordersSkills and experience required to succeed in this interesting role:5+ years similar experience with inventory, forecasting, and analysisStrong analytical skills and attention to detail to work through large data setsExperience working in a high SKU environment supplying to major retailersWorking with a variety of IT platforms including NetSuite, Google Apps, MicrosoftStrong Microsoft Office and Excel skillsStrong quantitative and analytical skills with a high attention to detail, excellent time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate as part of a team, as well as work independentlySuccessful ApplicantThe successful individual will ideally possess similar experience ideally with brand/product-based organisations within retail/wholesale sectors. Prior experience within the infant-baby industry (maternity sector) is advantageous but is not essential.
