This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that will open doors to future opportunities.Responsibilities include:Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products.Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients.Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the quality use of medicines.Shift Requirements:This part-time role requires availability every Friday and Saturday, with opportunities to take on additional shifts if desired.
