You will be part of a professional, close-knit team that strives to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing construction and residential customers.A key part of your role will be answering phone calls from current and potential customers, directing their calls to the appropriate team or assisting the customer in booking a visit from one of our sales representatives. You will also provide administration support to the customer service team, which will include scanning and filing documents, managing email inboxes, issuing glazing certificates, and general data entry.About YouWere looking for a customer-focused team player with previous customer service experience who is comfortable talking to and assisting a range of customers over the phone.
