Your focus will be to provide service to the guest in a timely and sophisticated fashion, whilst supporting the Food, Beverage & Events leaders to coordinate and oversee the wider team.What we need from youWe are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Food & Beverage service (within a resort or hotel environment preferred), excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Exposure to coffee & cocktail making is a benefit. Must be willing to get QLD RSA & Open drivers licence.About YouIdeally you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide a high level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resorts valued guests. Must have the ability to live and work on Hayman Island, Queensland along with appropriate working rights.What we offerHourly rate of $28.94 on a permanent full-time contract (Hayman Island Enterprise Agreement 2023) with a minimum of 38 hours per week with appropriate Australian working rights.
