Enjoy being a great host, welcoming people with enthusiasm and maintaining the office presentation? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Concierge to join our Head Office in Adelaide CBD. You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls, greeting and assisting tenants, visitors, contractors and enquiries along with assisting the whole business with administrative duties.Key responsibilities:Greet and welcome all clients and visitors warmly; ensure timely and professional service.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in reception, meeting rooms, and common areas throughout the day.Handle internal and external calls efficiently; direct enquiries and manage messages.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies and amenities.Process, code, and verify supplier invoices for payment; liaise with accounting as needed.Assist operations with corporate events, ensuring smooth execution and professional standards.Provide general administrative support to office operations and service lines.Foster a positive and professional environment, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing mail and courier services.Schedule and manage front of house rooms, meetings, and events; coordinate with team members to avoid conflicts.Maintain and update databases; organise and preserve important records and documents.Assist operations with onboarding and offboarding requests.Management of Adelaide Concierge and Accounts mailbox.Serve as a key contact for IT-related enquiries and issues, liaising with the IT department to ensure timely resolution.Who are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard. A place where everyone has the chance to perform at their best.Previous experience in an administration, support, or customer-facing role.Excellent verbal and written communication, along with exceptional organisational skills.Ability to maintain a high standard of personal and workplace presentation.Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Ability to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining composure.Ability to initially troubleshoot IT hardware, including AV support, Wi-Fi, mobile devices and office equipment.Organised and capable of prioritising tasks.Capable of working independently with a proactive approach and initiative.Intermediate proficiency with MS Office packages and Adobe.Not the perfect fit?
