You will work with our manufacturing operations team in our Wulkaraka facility, working with a high-speed production line equipped with the latest technology, providing technical and maintenance expertise to ensure machinery is operating efficiently whilst operating the equipment at the same time, producing our world-class beverages. This includes machine operating, conducting preventative maintenance, break down assistance, coaching and guiding your colleagues maintaining our high safety and quality standards.Please note: This position involves 12-hour shift work on both days and nights across a rotating roster.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements.Operating machinery within the facility to produce our materials & beverages.Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.Conduct corrective action maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and operating efficiency is maintained.Perform asset management activities on production line.Fault find and troubleshoot to reduce machine downtime.Conduct quality tests and calibrate machinery ensuring our product meets our high-quality standards.About YouWe are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to problem solve.
