Heres a snapshot of your day-to-day:Develop and execute winning social media strategies.Manage and grow our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).Stay on top of industry trends and platform updates.Plan, brainstorm, and produce engaging digital content that resonates.Oversee photoshoots, brief creatives, and capture candid on-site content.Craft stories that showcase our design expertise and brand values.Create and update content for our website and CMS platforms.Run email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.Admin SupportBehind every great strategy is seamless execution. Youll play a key role in keeping our marketing machine running smoothly by:Monitoring and collecting social media and digital performance stats to inform our strategies.Researching the latest trends, competitors, and innovative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.Managing tools that track, report, and schedule our digital activities with precision.Keeping up to date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximise our impact.Organising and maintaining our content libraries to ensure the team is always ready to create.Youre a driven, self-motivated creative with at least 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.Youre a storyteller who knows how to tailor messages that resonate with different audiences and platforms, and youre just as comfortable behind the scenes analysing performance as you are at the forefront brainstorming the next big idea.Youre a self-starter, eager to take ownership of your projects while collaborating with a supportive team.
