This hands-on position oversees daily catering operations across the business, which includes the Cruise Caf & Bar, onboard vessels, and at Reefworld, a permanently moored pontoon located 39 nautical miles offshore on the Great Barrier Reef.In addition to operational duties, the Catering Supervisor is expected to dedicate time to administrative responsibilities, providing essential support in the back-end organisation of the catering operations. Given the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the role, the candidate must be adaptable and thrive in a constantly evolving environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.Key responsibilities include maintaining high-quality menu consistency, ensuring seamless planning, and overseeing all administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of catering operations.
