We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa located in the Southern Highlands.The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Manager with the daily operations of the restaurants and also have a primary focus of overseeing the bar and executing the beverage program (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic).About Milton Park Country House Hotel and SpaLocated less than a two hours drive from Sydney, Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem, tucked away in a secluded hilltop woodland on the eastern edge of Bowral.
