Our office is based in Artarmon, with convenient public transport links and staff parking available.Job DescriptionAs a member of the Sales Support team you will work with our Business Development Managers to give our customers the best experience possible. Whether its answering the phone, responding to email requests, preparing quotes or processing orders you will bring care to everything you do. Key elements of the role include:Work with BDMs to assist in meeting annual sales targets.Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product information.Help coordinate projects with BDMs, customers, and internal teams, ensuring they are delivered on time.Quoting, order processing, answering enquiries, liaising with suppliers and internal departments for pricing.Basic estimation and quote preparation for both standard and augmented products.Manage data entry and maintain accurate records using our ERP system.Oversee the order process from quote stage through to dispatch and invoicing.QualificationsExperience in a customer focused role ideally within the interiors, furniture, manufacture or specification industry.Passionate about delivering superior, effective customer service.High attention to detail, accuracy and integrity and experienced with data entry.A positive, fun and open attitude.Great communication and interpersonal skills.A problem solver and lateral thinker who takes responsibility for tasks.Additional InformationWhy Baresque?Be part of a family legacy committed to innovation and integrity.Work with a team dedicated to creating world-class design solutions.Enjoy a role with global reach and local impact.Ready to make a difference?
