When we are thriving globally, its not just about investing in our infrastructure, service offering, and technology, but also investing in our people.Essential for the role:Proactively lead and participate in Safety, Quality, Risk Management & improvement opportunities, including audits, inspections, and observations.Ensure all employees, including subcontractors, are adequately trained in Flange Management Procedures and possess the appropriate qualifications and experience for the tasks they perform as required by the client and EnerMech Standards.Responsible for the coordination of assigned work in their area.Ensure Bolting Technicians follow all relevant safety requirements, work procedures, and best work practices.Ensure equipment complies with inspection/calibration requirements.Correct completion of all FM documentation and liaise with Enermech QA/QC inspector, SIM Coordinator, and/or Joint Integrity Engineer.Provide detailed planning of works to ensure sufficient resources, equipment, and materials are available to execute works and are fully utilized.Provide effective support to FM field personnel to ensure safe and quality performance outcomes.Carry out in-field audits of completed works to ensure compliance.Provide support and advice to field teams in the execution of works.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you:Have certified Flange Management competency.Have proven field and supervisory FM experience.Hold a current Driver''s License.Possess a White Card.Be self-motivated with demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams.Have demonstrated experience in planning & executing flange management scopes.Have proven ability to effectively lead and work within teams.Possess intermediate computer skills, with the ability to detail reports, emails, and use Microsoft Office.Have knowledge of mechanical completions & QA/QC Processes (advantageous).Be experienced in on-site machining & rotating equipment (advantageous).Be able to operate Sim (Flange management Software) database (training will be provided).Diversity & InclusionAt EnerMech, we want to create a diverse and inclusive organization and grow together to make a vibrant business.
