If you want a career where you can thrive, be challenged and do meaningful work, youre in the right place.Why Your Role MattersThe Web Content Producer provides critical project input and support to the Current Students Web (CSW) Migration Project Team within the Division of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education & Student Experience (DVCESE) throughout the duration of the Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Migration period.The Web Content Producer works within the cross-functional Current Students Web Content team, reports to the Senior Content Specialist and may have supervising responsibilities for several casual student interns in various stages of the project.This is a new role approved for a 12 month-contract, with an ideal start date of March, funded to support the migration of the student web from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager.Main Responsibilities SummaryUndertake content audits of CSW pages, in priority order determining pages to create, merge or delete in new AEM instance.Migrate CS in-use assets to the Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.Design low fidelity experience designs and content creation within AEM and Figma - in collaboration with Future Students and SMEs across the division, incorporating student feedback throughout the process.Oversee and support the duties of student casual interns - planning, assigning and reviewing tasks, and assisting in day-to-day duties.Undertake user-testing of web content and relevant research gathering directly with students for feedback.Implement UX best practices - including SEO research, optimising rankings of CSW in search.Produce and publish content in AEM according to project phases and strategy.Gather insights on student engagement to improve digital experience.Provide relevant insights, analysis and reporting as required on existing content in Drupal and post-launch in AEM utilising Adobe Analytics, Content Square and other systems, identifying optimisation opportunities.Who You AreWe are looking for someone who has great communication and interpersonal skills, who is aligned with UNSWs vision and values and comes with:Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of digital communications, web user experience and high-quality content, ideally in the higher education sector.Previous experience with SEO and content optimisation.Previous experience using Adobe Experience Manager.Previous experience working on a migration project would be ideal.Since this role may manage some interns, previous experience supervising and coaching others will be highly regarded.Excellent consultation, influencing and negotiation skills and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Excellent initiative and proactive approach to identifying solutions and opportunities for improvement and optimisation.Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, business hours.
