This stunning hotel in the heart of the CBD features 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym and meeting & event spaces.About the roleAs an Overnight Guest Service Agent, you will review financial reports, investigate anomalies, reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager, Night Manager and Finance team. You will also review daily revenues against guest receipts and reports and investigates any anomalies. This role also includes hotel reception duties, including guest service, check-in/out of guest and assisting with guest enquiries. Specifically, the role will include:Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel, ensuring all paperwork is completed accuratelyBalance daily revenue and expense transactions, including cashiers checks, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of paymentAssist with night audit duties, such as reconciling accounts receivable, posting charges, and verifying accuracy of billing informationAssist the manager on duty in emergency situationsWhat are we looking for?Previous experience in a customer service role.
